Rail
A 25-year plus association with one of Australia’s most consistent rail tyre and wheel users has given the FFF Austrlia team exceptional depth of experience in the industry. We are able to advise on and supply products for light or heavy rail, locomotives or rolling stock, including steel tyres and wheels, cast rail parts and rubber brake blocks and components.
FFF as a company was started on rail tyres. We have been the main supplier of tram and locomotive tyres into Australia for over two decades.
Made to order to any size or design. We specialise in small quantities so you can order just one loco at a time OR, we can help you take commercial advantage of your large quantity or long term projected requirements.
Both ring rolled forgings and castings are available. Finish machined with an undersized bore ready for sizing to your shaft for installation.

For brake blocks or damping rubbers, we have a partnered with specialist brake block and vibration control manufacturer in The Netherlands to enable complete wheel and brake packages.

Oil & Gas / Petrochemical
Pressure vessels and heat exchangers are expensive to install and maintain, and potentially highly damaging should failure occur. With extensive experience in the supply of pressure equipment, vessels and tubing for a broad range of petro-chemical industry and processing applications, FFF Australia has an excellent safety record and is known for its reliability and quality of product delivery.

For seamless and welded tube, we can supply all grades including U-bending and a full final inspection before dispatch to ensure seamless installation into your tube bundle.
Get access to all the biggest plate mills worldwide through FFF. When time is critical, we have access to stock and can provide you with short delivery times. With an in-house plate nesting service using FastCam – we can optimise your components into an efficient plate mill run to reduce waste and cost.
FFF is the official Asia-Pacific Sales agent for Sandmeyer Steel Company, one of the biggest stock holders of stainless and nickel alloy plates in the world. Full plates or cut pieces are available from the Sandmeyer range.
We offer full project packages of forgings that can be supplied in one delivery. Tubesheets, girth and channel flanges, nozzle flanges down to the couplings – all finish machined and drilled ready for welding. Drilled baffle plates can also be supplied as part of the tubesheet bundle package.
