We engage with you throughout the design process including concept, prototyping and final design for production/manufacture.

Tim has been around FFF since day 1 in 1998, in these early days as a high school student helping out during school holidays and throughout university. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce and Business Law degree from UWA, he worked for the International Accounting firm Grant Thornton, where he completed his Chartered Accountant qualification.

He then joined FFF in 2006 in a full-time sales role and has worked every part of the business from sales, finance, logistics, procurement, and quality including the successful implementation of ISO 9001 for the company for the first time, through to management. This included opening up sales offices around the country as well as across borders into New Zealand, South Africa and Indonesia.

He has also spent extensive time in China and throughout Asia qualifying and managing FFF’s partner suppliers over a 10 year period replicating FFF’s foundation European supply chain into Asia and having expanded it to meet customer demand.

Sales Manager-East Coast

PETER

Peter is a Mechanical Engineer with 25 years’ experience in the manufacturing and fabrication industries including 10 years in Materials Procurement Management.  He has a wide range of direct experience in the metals industry working in forge shops, high volume manufacturing and pressure vessel fabrication.

Peter is very familiar with oil & gas and mining industry quality requirements. He has been with FFF for more than 9 years and oversees the Australian East Coast region assisting the rest of the East Coast team.

Technical Sales & Quality

RAY

Ray has 50 years’ experience in the mechanical and manufacturing trades. With trade credentials in machining and post trade qualifications in CAD.

Ray has lead auditor experience in quality assurance and more than 30 years in quality inspection of pressure retaining equipment, castings, and machined items.  Additional, Ray’s 15 years in a senior specialist procurement role qualifies him as the ultimate professional in ensuring your products are always completely under control.

Ray is committed to safety and quality and ensures his fitness is high to retain a sharp mind and focus on our customer’s needs.

Sales Manager - Pressure Equipment

GREG

Greg joined the FFF Team in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from being involved in the fabrication of thousands of heat exchangers and pressure vessels over his 35-year career to date. Greg has amassed an in-depth knowledge of vessel manufacture using various construction materials including carbon and low alloy steel, stainless steel, high nickel alloys, copper nickel alloys, duplex steel and titanium during his time with several of Australia’s highly respected Eastern states manufacturers.

Greg’s expertise soon took him beyond the Australian market into Malaysia, where he directly led, trained and developed in-house personnel for the manufacture, repair and maintenance of heat exchangers, pressure vessels; both onshore and offshore.

Returning to Australia, Greg continued to sell, design and manufacture pressure vessels and heat exchangers for renowned Australian vessel manufacturers, for domestic and Asia Pacific customers in the oil & gas, petrochemical, process, power and sugar industries.

As a key specialist for FFF, Greg’s focus is to drive our process equipment categories and provide companies access to our high quality Australian and global supply/manufacturing partners.

Quality & Supply Chain Supervisor

JIMMY

Jimmy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Engineering and a Masters Degree in Material Science from UNSW Australia. Jimmy has more than 25 years’ experience in heavy industries working directly with steel mills, machinery and pressure vessel manufacturers and has served as the welding supervisor and welding technical officer for more than 6 years at one of Australia’s oldest and most iconic pressure vessel manufacturers. Jimmy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all things welding, heat treatment, materials and holds a current CSWIP 3.1 International Welding Inspector certification.

With more than 10 years’ experience in supplier quality management as the lead auditor in the Asia Pacific region for a German company, he makes an invaluable contribution to the successful delivery of our clients’ requirements.

Manager-China Operations

EDDY

Eddy majored in International Business and joined the FFF Team in 2009 after spending 3 years at a steel mill and another year in the lab doing materials testing. Eddy has a passion for working with our supply partners as we manage their export efforts, communications and the promotion of their manufacturing capabilities. With the support of our supply partners, Eddy facilitates the quality inspection of products during manufacture and prior to delivery.

Eddy has experience with API auditing and guides the development journey of our suppliers as they improve their quality monitoring and control systems.

CRAIG

Craig is an accounting professional with a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant.

Over the last 15 years he has worked in both listed and SME’s in various finance roles. His key focus is on understanding the company’s vision and striving to make the company succeed.
