We are qualifying new supply partners for our own needs all the time. We follow a strict process that starts with an online pre-qualification questionnaire and desktop audit of credentials, capabilities, references, quality, safety and environmental performance.
Once we are satisfied and, since we likely already have a qualified team member in the area, we follow this up with a high level management system audit.
Those who pass the audit become part of the FFF Supplier family. We will also often partner with potential suppliers and take them on the journey to FFF Qualification.
Tim has been around FFF since day 1 in 1998, in these early days as a high school student helping out during school holidays and throughout university. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce and Business Law degree from UWA, he worked for the International Accounting firm Grant Thornton, where he completed his Chartered Accountant qualification.
He then joined FFF in 2006 in a full-time sales role and has worked every part of the business from sales, finance, logistics, procurement, and quality including the successful implementation of ISO 9001 for the company for the first time, through to management. This included opening up sales offices around the country as well as across borders into New Zealand, South Africa and Indonesia.
He has also spent extensive time in China and throughout Asia qualifying and managing FFF’s partner suppliers over a 10 year period replicating FFF’s foundation European supply chain into Asia and having expanded it to meet customer demand.
Dave is the product of a lifetime supporting the engineering, mining and materials handling industries. He is an engineering professional with more than 15 years senior and executive management experience and leads the FFF team out of Perth, Western Australia.
Dave upholds the FFF culture that was founded more than 20 years ago on strong family values, ideals, morals and standards.
Dave describes his job as the “servant leader” who supports the team so that they can deliver what you, the customer expects, each time and that your relationship with FFF is both long and fruitful.
Sales Manager-East Coast
Peter is a Mechanical Engineer with 25 years’ experience in the manufacturing and fabrication industries including 10 years in Materials Procurement Management. He has a wide range of direct experience in the metals industry working in forge shops, high volume manufacturing and pressure vessel fabrication.
Peter is very familiar with oil & gas and mining industry quality requirements. He has been with FFF for more than 5 years and oversees the Australian East Coast region assisting the rest of the East Coast team.
Business Development Manager
Naweed is an engineering professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduate Degree in Oil & Gas Engineering. Naweed is currently undertaking an MBA to complement his 12 years’ technical sales, projects and global procurement experience in the oil & gas, mining and industrial sectors.
With significant exposure to manufacturing and sales projects across the Asia Pacific region, Naweed’s focus is on exceeding customer expectations through technical and business excellence, while maintaining effective global supply partner relationships.
Technical Sales & Quality
Ray has 50 years’ experience in the mechanical and manufacturing trades. With trade credentials in machining and post trade qualifications in CAD.
Ray has lead auditor experience in quality assurance and more than 30 years in quality inspection of pressure retaining equipment, castings, and machined items. Additional, Ray’s 15 years in a senior specialist procurement role qualifies him as the ultimate professional in ensuring your products are always completely under control.
Ray is committed to safety and quality and ensures his fitness is high to retain a sharp mind and focus on our customer’s needs.
Sales Manager - Pressure Equipment
Greg joined the FFF Team in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from being involved in the fabrication of thousands of heat exchangers and pressure vessels over his 35-year career to date. Greg has amassed an in-depth knowledge of vessel manufacture using various construction materials including carbon and low alloy steel, stainless steel, high nickel alloys, copper nickel alloys, duplex steel and titanium during his time with several of Australia’s highly respected Eastern states manufacturers.
Greg’s expertise soon took him beyond the Australian market into Malaysia, where he directly led, trained and developed in-house personnel for the manufacture, repair and maintenance of heat exchangers, pressure vessels; both onshore and offshore.
Returning to Australia, Greg continued to sell, design and manufacture pressure vessels and heat exchangers for renowned Australian vessel manufacturers, for domestic and Asia Pacific customers in the oil & gas, petrochemical, process, power and sugar industries.
As a key specialist for FFF, Greg’s focus is to drive our process equipment categories and provide Australian companies access to our high quality global supply partners.
Quality & Supply Chain Supervisor
Jimmy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Engineering and a Masters Degree in Material Science from UNSW Australia. Jimmy has more than 25 years’ experience in heavy industries working directly with steel mills, machinery and pressure vessel manufacturers and has served as the welding supervisor and welding technical officer for more than 6 years at one of Australia’s oldest and most iconic pressure vessel manufacturers. Jimmy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all things welding, heat treatment, materials and holds a current CSWIP 3.1 International Welding Inspector certification.
With more than 10 years’ experience in supplier quality management as the lead auditor in the Asia Pacific region for a German company, he makes an invaluable contribution to the successful delivery of our clients’ requirements.
Eddy majored in International Business and joined the FFF Team in 2009 after spending 3 years at a steel mill and another year in the lab doing materials testing. Eddy has a passion for working with our supply partners as we manage their export efforts, communications and the promotion of their manufacturing capabilities. With the support of our supply partners, Eddy facilitates the quality inspection of products during manufacture and prior to delivery.
Eddy has experience with API auditing and guides the development journey of our suppliers as they improve their quality monitoring and control systems.
Projects & HSEQ Coordinator
Renae is a dedicated procurement professional with experience in inventory and project materials controls across various industries including oil & gas and mining. Renae has moved into the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality as the Projects and HSEQ Coordinator.
During Renae’s 14 years at Tubemakers, she was responsible for stock control and WA mining sales supply contracts before moving into the oil & gas sector. Over a 30 year career, Renae has acquired firsthand experiences and learnings of best practice customer and supplier relationship management. She is committed to all things quality related for FFF, focused on delivering effective outcomes for FFF, our customers and our suppliers.
Accounts & Admin Officer
Elsabe’ was a very early achiever and after starting her career in sales, she soon found herself managing large retail teams, stores and regions. But Elsabe’ has a passion for numbers and a remarkable ability to pay attention to the details; a character trait that has stood her in good stead as she managed the administration, data processing and accounting functions of a number of companies during her career.
Elsabe’ has 20 years’ experience dealing with clients in the mining and materials handling industry and has supported the inventory management related to equipment procurement and life cycle maintenance support of OEM equipment.
Although Elsabe’ has only recently joined the team, she is already making a valuable contribution as the FFF Team grows it supply partner base supporting customers across Australia.
Roger has gained extensive on-site experience of slurry pumping issues during his career with several major pump equipment OEMs. His aim is to make pumping systems more efficient, more reliable, more productive and optimised to your operation.
He is passionate about pump education and actively runs slurry system optimisation courses aimed at process and reliability personnel on site. At the cutting edge of pump innovations, he continuously collaborates with our engineering partner, 7D Team, to help design better and more efficient optimised pumps and parts.
Roger’s satisfaction comes from making a positive difference to others, and his strong site relationships are a testament to his dedicated customer service approach.

Craig is an accounting professional with a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant.
Over the last 15 years he has worked in both listed and SME’s in various finance roles. His key focus is on understanding the company’s vision and striving to make the company succeed.

Kellie is a dedicated expediting and procurement professional with over 10 years’ experience in material control and project freight forwarding in the mining, oil & gas industries.
Kellie is our Logistics and Expediting Coordinator at FFF and is committed to delivering effective outcomes for both customers and suppliers.
Flavia is a passionate marketing professional with over 20 years strategic marketing, communications and commercial support experience, enhanced with an MBA and global exposure.
Her areas of expertise include: multi-channel marketing, brand strategy, innovation and promotion, product development, and event management.
Flavia’s array of skills together with a strong customer service orientation and delivery focus approach, will help us make our external and internal clients extremely happy.
Raimo Roos is a well-known industry expert with decades of process & power generation supply experience, having supplied a significant number of critical projects in Australia. His experience covers materials supply of tubes for boilers, condensers, heat exchangers, superheaters; as well as package supply of waterwall panels, pipe spools, vessels, convection banks, boiler pressure parts, exotic material clad pipe, and integral forgings for weld elimination projects.

Peter Krempin is an accomplished professional with over 32 years’ experience in manufacturing production, fabrication, supervision, estimation and procurement of large capital Pressure/Process Equipment. He has devoted a lifetime of experience and technical skills helping Australian corporations across multiple industries, including Aerospace, Marine, Oil and Gas, Mining, Process and Heavy Fabrication industries. Peter’s experience and delivery focus adds significant depth to our Process/Pressure Equipment category.

Phil Morrissey spearheads our Gearing Products category with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of gearing products and mechanical components with a track record of global gearing supply. Experienced across different technical and managerial roles, enhanced with post-graduate studies in Business Management, Phil is a key player in supporting our company’s strategic growth plans.
