We are proud to announce that we have been awarded a significant capital equipment project from one of Australia’s premier Alumina producers.

As part of our Mineral Processing Eco Grind range, FFF Australia have been contracted to engineer, manufacture and supply a complete rotating sub-assembly of a steel-lined rod mill. This project will be fully managed and overseen by our technical category specialists in fabrication, milling & grinding; as well as our manufacturing and engineering partners in Australia and overseas.

We are pleased to partner with Alan Boughey, one of the industry’s very well-recognised and foremost experts in mill design and optimisation. Using his decades of experience; Alan has undertaken an engineering review for this project which includes full design remodel, FEA, Full Material Study and Engineering Design Improvements to increase wear life in the trunnion inserts as well as the creation of updated manufacturing and assembly procedures/specifications.
